Booking policies
These policies summarize how direct booking requests work. Any property-specific terms are confirmed in writing before a deposit is requested.
Deposit
The default deposit is 30% of the quoted total. After approval, a secure deposit link or payment instructions are sent by email, and the dates are held while the deposit window is open.
Guest registration
Guests complete passport or national ID registration through a secure upload link after confirmation.
Privacy and site logs
The site uses first-party Vercel logs to keep the booking flow working and to count booking intent such as request-date and Google Maps clicks. These logs do not use cookies or persistent visitor IDs, and booking-intent events do not include guest names, emails, phone numbers, messages, or requested dates.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are shared in writing before deposit payment, so you can review them before the stay is confirmed.
